Working together always starts with a conversation, which is also crucial throughout the entire design process. To create a well-designed interior I must get to know you and understand your needs. I will most certainly inquire about your household, whether you have any pets, your lifestyle, your tastes and your expectations. I want to get to learn more about your ideas, see your inspirations and discuss the budget you have in mind. Based on this information, I’ll prepare a design.

I’ll prepare a functional plan of your home after taking detailed measurements and photographs. During this on-site visit potential ideas for interior designs will start emerging, allowing us to envision its potential. In isolated cases where taking measurements isn’t possible, I’ll rely on plans that you provide.

At this stage, I prepare several versions of functional interior concepts. These consist of a new floor plan including freestanding furniture. Each interior is unique, but I typically offer between 2 to 3 proposals. Then you can choose the concept that meets your expectations, and we refine the final version to align it with your needs.

Once a functional floor plan has been accepted and the details refined, I prepare three-dimensional photo-realistic visualisations that showcase what your home will ultimately look like. Finishing materials, colour schemes, fixtures and customised furniture are pre-selected.

At this stage, I prepare technical plans for the contractors - drawings of structural modifications, plumbing and heating points, wall sections, tile layouts, floors and electric plans, detailed layouts of bathrooms as well as custom furniture designs for the carpenter.

With the design, you will receive an estimate, quotes from recommended contractors and subcontractors, as well as a purchase list including furniture, lighting, wall and floor coverings, decorative items, bathroom fittings and ceramics.

Choosing this stage is determined on an individual basis and comes with an additional fee.
